oil in old ac compresser

Default oil in old ac compresser

honda civic 1999 trs090 ac compressor. If i drain oil from old compressor how much should i get out. I was told i should get 60% of what is sapost to be in system.

however much you get out, you use the same amount in the new compressor, usually new compressors will come pre-oiled, densos will be good to go already, most other aftermarkets you have to drain and put back in the same amount you took out of the old, but use the new oil, not the old oil
