Icon4 Auto to manual swap! URGENT HELP

working on taking out my junk automatic that only had 1st and second gear, i already have the 5 speed, pedal, clutch lines, all that good stuff from the parts car. trans was bolted up to a f22b2 and my car is a f23a1. Wondering what wiring i will need to do, is the clutch start cancel the only thing I have to wire up? and what about reverse lights and all that good stuff. and for the slave cylinder its a 1 1/2 hole saw or 38 mm. also wondering do i need to change the ecu? and can i reuse the cv shafts or will i have to buy ones for a manual? im in a tight spot right now and this was my daily driver untill now, and yes, ill do whatever it takes. I paid $250 pedals and all and trans is limited slip. HELP PLZ!

There is a sticky on the swap over at HondaSociety.com under the 5th gen Accord section. I completed this swap on my CD5 and then swapped back to an automatic after running into some issues with the manual transmission. haha Anyways, the transmission should be interchangeable between all f series. However, with and LSD and an f23 i dont know what will work and wont work in terms of joints. If i remember correctly, the passenger side CV shaft is the same but the drivers side is specific to the manual because it has an intermediate shaft. For the clutch line from master to slave cylinder, most people (including me) called up Bonacao and before you even finish telling the guy what swap you are doing, he will ramble off everything thats needed and make you a custom SS line that is direct bolt on and bypasses the factory dampening system. I paid about $90 shipped.

To add to the above, alternatively Rywire sells a clutch line also. That's what I used for my swap. Ideally you will want to swap out your auto ECU for a manual one.

94 and 95 Accords had a separate TCU. When going manual all you need to do is unplug it. However, if you are 96+ the TCU is integrated into the ecu and you will have to get a maual specific ecu.
