Tips on removing stubborn crankshaft pulley bolt?
I spray PB blaster like 5 times and used a Black Decker impact gun with about 1,200lb of torque. If it matters, I'm using a 1/4'' drive with a 1/2'' adapter since all my sockets are 1/2''.
I'm still kind of new to these kinds of tools and have read that an impact gun is supposed to destroy these kinds of bolts, but I feel like I'm doing something wrong...
Any ideas?

1/4"?
i put a 1/2" breaker bar in one of the holes on the crank shaft pulley. lock that against the control arm and using a 19mm deep socket on another breaker bar. use your legs to push (do not kick) the bolt off.
no, it is not reverse threaded. but i HAVE in one occasion gotten the bolt off by literally shearing off the head by over torquing it. lol. thats not the recommended way to remove the pulley.

Breaker bar w/ a cheater bar on the end is usually my way of going after it. They're always a pain the first time. If your doing it with the engine out you are going to need a special tool to do it with. What I really felt was relevant beyond what Tyson already said, is that you're supposed to put oil on the bolt when reinstalling it. Under the head of the bolt, not the washer, and on the threads, any flavor of motor oil will do.
Impact gun can tear up a bolt. If you use one, use a 6-point socket. Get a Lisle Harmonic Balancer Socket - I've had good luck with those.
Or, get the crank pulley holding tool, put the breaker bar on it, and do like Tyson said.

Last one I did we had to use the socket to hold the pully. My friend wedged his breaker bar against the ground while i added extra length of pipe on my bar to get extra torque. Its a pain but I'm glad I've been lifting weights recently and she broke free. Cheers
