Default 95 CD5 door locks acting up

So, we finished rebuilding it and it runs like a dream. My only real concern right now is that I lost my pass side fender gaurd. I was driving home and avoided puddles as best I could but still soaked my intake. It missfired but I got it home. Now, the door lock switches will unlock the doors, but won't lock them. I don't think it has anything to do with the new door lock actuator on the drive side because it was working fine previously. Did I knick my wiring harness? What's the best way to diagnose? Thank you all.

So we used the factory service manual and found that the module was outputting 5v on leads that should be below 1v. I guess I have to find a door lock controller.
