So, I've acquired a 2002 Honda Civic Si w/ a RSX type S 6 speed manual transmission. The car will drive, but it make a very loud thud noise about ever 2 revolutions of a wheel spin. I've searched and watched videos but I cannot find my specific issue. I've attached a video of what I'm experiencing. Again, the car goes into gear fine in all gears, but it makes this loud clunk noise, even when reversing. Maybe an axle issue? .. Thanks in advance for your help.

Sounds like the issue is inside the transmission. By the way the driver's side wheel moves when you spin the passenger side wheel... my money is that the problem is differential related.
