Default Swapped f22b2 for f22a1 in 96 accord

So I have a 96 accord 2.2 non vtec (f22b2) and I broke the balance shaft belt on the hiway and when it did it also took out the timing belt. So instead of fighting the f22b2 motor (bent internal parts) I found a f22a1 from a 90 accord with low km. Only got motor trans exhaust and intake mani. Got everything I needed swapped over , dissy oil pump and a few sensors. Go to start it and nothing, just cranks and cranks and cranks. Any ideas.

The problem is that you need to use your old distributor and you need an obd2 oil pump to use the obd2 crank sensor. I'm thinking you need to install a 96 honda prelude s oil pump with a crank sensor assembly onto that block since the s model prelude of that year came with the obd2 oil pump.

I did use my distributor and my oil pump from the 96 for the crankshaft and tdc sensor.

haven' checked timing yet, test ckp/tdc sensor and it tested good. Did a spark test got it once but not again. Test external coil and wasn' sure so replaced it got no change. Fuel pump primes, there is pressure to the fuel rail not sure if getting injector pulse, to hard to hear when trying to crank it over.

And external coil wouldn' spark but had good readings with multi meter tests.
