Default Idle problem/ Downshift issue

When the car is warmed up, or idling at a stop, it bogs all the way down and would stall sometime. No CEL, and everything else is running normal

Most likely your IACV, check wires to sensor and take off and clean any crap out of the valve.

I would definitely check what Lucky said first as it is the more common problem. Have you tried to set the idle w/the IAC disconnected?
Is this all the time or just coming to a stop, or.....?

I'm getting the same issues on a 98 Accord V6.
P1129 & P0505
Engine surges erratically in Park and Neutral. Sometimes it surges, sometimes it holds. On top of that, my car propels itself forward in any drive gear or reverse. I've cleaned and replaced the IAC vales and the TPS sensor. Kind of at my wits end right now. I've heard that replacing a manifold or the alternator would eliminate the problem.
