Have looked around everywhere and can't seem to find a way to hide the harness going upto the battery box. Or the brake cables. Seen a lot of pictures people got nothing showing coming up to the battery box.

Hello, in order to hide the harness you will need a front frame cover. This goes directly behind the front wheel.
They cost about $35 on ebay and they bolt on. Next, you need to drill a hole in the frame (that will be covered
by the battery box) about 11inches +/- going up from the gas tank (just below black fuel/signal relay box). Put a gromet
in the hole so the frame doesn't cut the harness. Run the harness through the hole and down the front of the frame
(frame cover will hide it) and feed it under or beside the gas tank.

As for the throttle and brake cables, drill 2 holes on the upper side of the frame (to the side of first hole, but around the corner).
Feed the cables through the holes and down the front of the frame (frame cover will hide these also) and feed it beside the gas tank.
