Default Best spark plugs for HPDE B16A2

I am trying to pick plugs for an EG6 I'm building for HPDE. The engine is the stock B16A2, no mods at all.
The owner's manual calls for NGK BKR6E-N-11 in normal conditions and BKR7E-N-11 in "continued high speed driving".

I also know that the DC2 and EK9 call for NGK PFR7G-11, a platinum version of the BKR7E. But they have higher compression.

I'll be driving the car to and from the track and I'd like to visit some tracks that are over 200 miles away.
So the car will be driven both hard at the track and very easy on the street.

What would be my best bet for reliability and performance:
- Heat range 6 or 7?
- Regular copper of platinum plugs like the Type R versions use?

Any thoughts/experiences welcome. Thanks!

I don't believe a 25-30 min track session would require a colder plug, but that said I run a one-step colder plug in my ChumpCar Prelude. NGK themselves recommend one step colder for sustained high load use. As easy as they are to change, I'd pop in a colder, copper plug for on track action.

Thanks for the input!
Events around here typically consist of around 4 25-30 min sessions, with time to cool down in between.
I'd prefer to stick with a single plug if possible. Minimizes the risk of cross-threading (had a bad experience once).

In here for the same answer. I'm running an em1 this season and could probably use new spark plugs. Let me know how things work out for you sir!

OEM is great. Either Denso or NGK copper is what factory service manual says for a B18B1. Not sure for vtec-- but just read the FSM
