Main relay issue... I’m lost.

I’ve got a crx track car used as a hornet and figure 8 car I just picked up. Got it non running. I’m not getting any power to my main relay.i jumped 12v to pin 3 at main relay and pgm-efi light comes on and fired up and runs. Any ideas?

You need to look at the electrical schematic for your car and find out where pin 3 goes. Likely, the fuse box somewhere.
