So I own a 1991 accord wagon ex-r. I really like my car and I think honda is great in general... I find it pretty easy to work on, nice design on lots of things mind you... i dont have much to compare it to because ive only worked on my honda. I'm not a mechanic, pretty noob. most complicated thing i did so far was valve adjustment... but im trying.

So anyway heres why im here. I'm doing water pump / timing belt, managed to get the old one off, new one on.. i took a video of it but its like 25 Mbps so cant upload it apparently. But basically what happens is the belt that connects to the two balance shaft things and the drive pulley starts slipping off the balance shaft which is closer to the front as i turn the engine... it seems to slip to about half way off the teeth. Also that balance shaft wobbles rather than spinning properly.

Should probably just figure out how to get that video on here in a gif version or something.
