How hard to swap D16A8/A9/ZC engine?
I'm pretty new to working on cars in general. I didn't know how to do an oil change or anything car related maybe 1 month ago. Since then, I've wired a radio, painted a car, changed a valve cover gasket, changed suspension, changed bushings, changed sparkplugs, aligned a car, changed oil and tranny fluid, gutted a car's interior, bled brakes and swapped the master cylinder, changed brake pads, cleaned a fuel tank, and a bit more. I have the owners and repair manual for my car and I read it everyday along with youtube videos for my car.
My first car was a 99' honda civic EX that I paid someone to swap in a B16. My knowledge on swaps is only limited to what my mechanic told me on what he replaced. I've already read this http://hondaswap.com/threads/engine-swaps-101.29052/
How hard was it for you to swap in a D16A8/A9/ZC engine into a 4th gen? My goal is to swap it/turbo by the end of the year.

Depending on what model you're starting with OP, you could still run into some challenges moving from DPFI to MPFI, and then from OBD0 to OBD1 depending on what year ZC/A8/A9 you get and what ECU you choose to run. But the swaps are very well covered in these forums.
yo its a 1990 honda civic HB DX model. its running a d15b1 4 spd atm
