acura integra 95 LS. after replace the time belt my car won't start, even worst now when I turn on the switch I hear a noise in the car and sound in the gas tank, I think is the gas pump and also the fans from the radiador turn on even if the car its off.

 

when your turn your key to "ON" your fuel pump primes...
what happens exactly as your crank it? do you even get a click? any cranking?
have someone check your timing......

 

Your timing is way off, make sure the cam gears line up perfect then put the vc back on and try starting it, if timing is off a few teeth it wont start.

 

set the crank on the tdc mark then remove the valve cover and post a pic of the cam gears
