P0122 & P0107 lost signals after shifting to first gear
Hi all,
I have a Honda Accord 2004 LX manual transmission. Currently I am trying to solved these two codes, P0122 & P0107. I have already cleaned Throttle body and replaced both sensors, TPS and MAP. I adjusted the TPS to the right position with reading 0.5V when throttle fully closed and 4.5V when throttle fully open.
The car starts fine with no problems. The Live Data reading and voltage reading are good when car in idle. When I shifted the gears to first gear, I lost both TPS and MAP signals. Live Data shows 0 and volt meter shows 0 too. That means I don't have electricity going through both sensors when I shift to first gear.
Have anyone encountered this problem before? How do I trouble shoot further to figure out where is the root cause of these problems?
Thanks for your time.
Update:
Found out how to trouble shoot this problem on my service manual. DTC P0107, P0122, and P0452 indicated at the same time. Basically I need to check for continuity between body ground and ECM/PCM connector terminals A20, A21, and E5 individually.

Measure the 5v reference on the TPS.
1 of the wires should read 4.5-4.9v at all times. (Imot sure which off the top of my head)

Good thing that I took notes.
Took me about a month to figure it out.
Code: P0452, P0122, P0107
Solution: EMC/PCM Idle Learn Procedure. 11-316
When: replace ECM/PCM
or reset EMC/PCM
or update ECM/ PCM
or Replace or clean the throttle body ( I did this)

is this where you rev it to 3000 rpm till fans kick on then let it idle for 5 mins?
