Default Burning Oil

Car is a 98 accord 4cyl. Almost 200k miles.
I replaced the PCV valve and the plugs
I'm burning a quart every 500 miles. I don't understand why.
Compression came back at 150, 150, 145, 152.
Nothing I would worry about...
I'm not leaking any oil, what's the deal!?!
There was also no oil on my plugs.

Coolant levels are good and all coolant. When I changed the plugs I didn't even have any oil on the boots...
ill have to have the girlfriend follow me to make sure that it's not smoking.
Any links to a write up of the valve seal change?

Good info, thanks!

I stopped by the local Honda performance shop and they tell me it's an f series, it's going to burn oil because of the coating they use on the cylinder walls burns off.
hmmm.
