I bought a used 2008 Honda Accord with a moon roof that didn't work. I checked the fuse box and noticed the fuse was missing. I put a new fuse in and when I turned the key on the moon roof opened, closed and tilted perfectly several times in a row. All of a sudden it stuck in the tilt up position and wouldn't do anything else after that. The fuse is fine and the battery is fully charged. I noticed when I push the control button I can hear a click somewhere in the roof area. If I could get it shut I would pull the fuse and leave it be.
