Figured I’d start a build thread for my hatch. Picked it up right before Christmas from a older lady a couple houses down from me. Really clean,one owner. Only bad thing about it is it’s an auto. Was kinda hesitant at first,but finding one in this condition is pretty tough. Most are all beat. And the price was great.
So made the deal and slowly started ordering stuff for it. So this will be the start of it.
When I first got it. Went and rinsed it off to get ready to store in the garage.
Will be kind of a slow moving thread. Mainly just collecting parts at the moment.

Picked these up from the king reissue
SSR type c’s 16x7.5 needed to be refinished.
Picked up this B18C and going to rebuild it.
Koni/GC setup. Waiting on a helper spring setup.
Made a Honda order for every nut/bolt for the front suspension. Will be going through it all.
Cusco shift bushing kit for the manual swap.
Wasn’t sure what I was going to do for the rear wing at the time. But picked up a CTR base.
Decided I was going to acquire as many Seeker items as possible so made my first order. Still waiting on the version 1 spoiler and steering wheel.
I’ve always preferred the 96-98 front end. So ordered the first part for that.
Had the SSR’s refinished and the guy brought one by today for me to take a look at. Had the lips hand polished and repainted.
Picking the others up on Monday. And a pic of the tires for them.
So that’s where I’m at at the moment. Ordered a set of Mugen RNR’s today. So hopefully see those next week.
Finally updating this after almost 7 years. Had a bunch of stuff going on and it just kinda got out on the back burner. Almost sold it a couple times, but glad I didn’t. Have collected a ton of parts over the years and finally getting back to it.
Took it in for paint correction and have some dings removed.
Got the block back from the machine shop. Had it over bored and balanced, then got the cylinder head ported and polished by Bad-Guys. Head also has ferrea flat faced valves,supertech springs,retainers and LMA’s. Will be fitted with Jun type III cams and gears,DTR design header and currently waiting on my aebs intake manifold to get ported by Bad-Guys also.
Glad to see its making some progress again after the hiatus, that paint correction came out awesome! Im jealous of the Mugen pan. I continued to put off grabbing one and now its too late. What is your power goal with the motor build?

Thanks man. Yeah, picked it up a year or 2 ago? and glad i did. Would love to see 250hp to the wheels? but it might be just under that.
Great job, I'm on same boat with my hatch from 2019 . Got parts/sold parts almost sold car . Sat for 6 years and this year decided to get it back on the road.
