Icon5 Should I buy and is what should I look out for? (4th Gen Prelude)

I'm looking at buying a 1993 Prelude Si 2D Coupe as my first car, it's listed at $2200 with 200k miles on the body, but the engine was swapped for an imported H22A with only 50k miles on it. Interior is in good shape, same with the body (as far as I can tell from pictures). What should I look for if I go see it in person? What common issues might I come across? Thanks for the help!

Rust in the wheel wells. Look from inside the trunk area. Door jams. New or old ABS pump, turn on the car listing for not normal sounds. Do a proper drive making sure everything feels smooth in the drive.
