Default struts

i just bought a 2002 civic lx 4 door last night and want to upgrade the struts i've been looking at the kyb agx but they are on pricey side of my budget. i have also looked at the koni str.t street as a better match for my budget but don't know how good they are.

I just installed the Monroe Quick Struts on my 2002 Civic front and rear. Payed $350 from Rock Auto and it comes with a $100 Visa Card rebate. So it only cost me $250. I'm not putting anything expensive on a 16 year old car. Limited lifetime warranty.

If you want good struts go with either tokico blues or the koni str.t, ive own both and their just awsome especially paird with either stock or aftermarket springs, granted they were on my accord but its all the same, just remember they are a premium shock not a full hard race strut like the koni yellows or tokico illuminas, you can push them a little but their not meant for the hard stuff. Also while they do ride smooth the ride will be a tad firm on both struts, also just in case you want springs either HnR or Eibach Pro Kits are the way to go, they offer an acceptable drop and stance the car real nice.
