Default 08' FA5 issues, are they related? Sunroof, keyless entry, map lights, etc

Hopefully someone could help me out!

2008 Si Sedan and there are some issues that i am trying to figure out. There are many so i'll list them out and give the details.

1. Sunroof is not working at all. Checked all fuses in both fuse boxes, they all are ok.
2. Keyless entry is not working, car is not responding to button presses. I have changed the keyfob battery, tried programming remote by the ACC, lock, ACC, lock, ACC lock, ACC lock method. Checked door jamb switches and they seem to work, checked fuses.
3. Door locks do not work unless key is inserted into ACC position. E.g.: After unlocking driver door manually with key, pressing unlock on drivers door will not unlock passenger doors. I have to insert the key into ACC position before i can unlock passenger doors. Also when car is running and all doors are locked, after turning off car none of the door locks will unlock, you have to do it manually with the key in the ACC position or before you turn off the car.
4. Map lights do not work while in DOOR mode, opening door does not trigger them to turn on nor does closing doors in DOOR mode trigger them to dim and shut off after manually clicking them to turn on after predetermined time.
5. After marker Pioneer navigation unit is not working, have not been able to troubleshoot this just yet, only brought it up because it might be related to the other issues that i am having. The pioneer navi unit was installed by me when i got the car new and worked like a charm and had no issues with the vehicle for 50k miles, had a relative use the car in another state and after 40k miles i get the car back and have all these issues with it. lol.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Probably blew a fuse.

Check under-hood Fuse No. 22 (7.5A) and No. 23 (10A).

Checked all the fuses with a test light a few days ago and they were all good, but i went ahead and double checked 22 and 23 and they are good visually and with a test light. Im so confused about all these minor issues that i am having, lol.

Then there is an issue with the Multiplex Integrated Control System. The MICU is built into the under-dash fuse/relay box.

But, first check/re-check under-dash Fuse No. 10 too.

Fuse 10 is also good, is the MICU something that could be repaired or just replaced?

I saw a thread where the guy reseated the plugs and connections and his keyless entry started working again. I might have to give that a try.

If the MICU was faulty, it would be replaced.

You can try a battery cable reset. A battery cable reset forces all capacitors to discharge faster and clears and reset most control unit volatile memory. Its like removing and reinstalling the battery in a cell phone when it is acting weird or locking up.

Honda has two different methods for the battery cable reset. Here is one of them:

1. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK and remove the key. This lessens the chance of voltage spikes.

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable first, then the positive cable.

3. Short the battery cables together with a jumper wire.

4. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position and wait 10 minutes.

5. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK and remove the key.

6. Remove the jumper wire and reconnect the battery cables…positive cable first, then the negative cable.

Here is an illustration of the jumper wire:

Gave that a try and no luck, same issues persist. ;(

I guess i'll start researching the MICU.
