The left-hand side of my rear seat (the 40%) is able to tumble just fine when I pull the strap at the base of the rear of the seat but when I pull the strap on the right-hand side (the 60%), nothing happens. I can fold the seatback down without issue but I cannot get it to tumble and I can't figure out what to do to fix it. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

Is it as far back as it goes? mine don't tumble unless they are right back. That is assuming you got the sliding seats like we have in the UK.

 

Not sure if the 2010 rear folding seats are anything like my 2002's, but I had this issue after i pulled my seats out and reinstalled them for some reason. I removed a couple trim pieces at the rear of the seat near the floor. I believe there was a small brass colored spring on one side that had fallen out of place. It was a pain in the butt to put back in but I managed it.
