Default DB2 Integra Bogs down in low RPMs and dies. Won't start.

Whats good everyone,

I finally decided to post a thread in here as I'm extremely frustrated with issues my Integra has been having for almost 2 months now. It's my daily so I need to fix ASAP and I'm already running low on cash to throw at it. I'm also new to working on my car myself so any help would be appreciated.

First issue the car had was one night at 2am in the morning the car died on me while I was leaving a lot. Car would crank but it wouldn't start, so I decided to buy a brand new battery as the current one it had was 3 years old. It didn't solve the issue, got it to an O'Reillys to get it tested and the alternator and started tested out good. A local mechanic I know told me the issue could be the fuel pump so he installed a new one. Car would NOW start but it would bog down and die and started having horrible MPG. I had to put gas on it just so it could start most times. The car then started throwing CEL code 15 which was "Ignition Output Signal". I continuously searched all the forums of HT, TI, G2IC & Cl to find a fix. Read multiple times the issue could be a bad dizzy so I bought a new one from eBay. CEL went away and car would start at first but a little bit long crank. Thought that car was fixed until the car started to bog and misfire in low RPMs and would die occasionally. The weird thing is that it only happens every single time when I'm making a right turn in a green light or entering a neighborhood at low speeds, once I go into 2nd or 3rd that car bogs down to <5mph and then it accelerates after 2 secs. This issue has been ongoing for almost 2 months now. I don't want to get rear ended while making a right turn somewhere or being stranded somewhere again. The car still has guzzles down gas like nothing.

Things Checked or Replaced:
Battery
Fuel Pump
Spark Plugs
Timing was set to OG specs
New Distributor
Checked MAP & TPS sensor
Main Relay (Re soldered)

Already bought new spark plug wires & fuel filter, just need to install.

Try changing that fuel filter, and then check your fuel pressure. Just search online and you can find lots of resources to help you check that. Also make sure your injectors are working properly. Just to cover your basics, run a compression test for the cylinders and check out your timing belt to make sure the cams and crank are still in sync. Just let me know if you need help on doing that. Also, Plug wires could certainly be the cause of it because once they start going bad they get really finicky. They'll work fine sitting one way but move them just slightly and they'll act up. If you already have a new set, just throw em on there and see if that helps. Honestly, I'd do that first because it takes all of 60 seconds. Just make sure to do it one at a time so you don't mess up the order.

I took out the fuel filter and inspected it if any there was anything clogging it up but the gas would flow with any issues. They loan the tool to do the compression test on the cylinders in autozone etc correct? The current spark plug wires look in good condition but I guess I should swap them out.

I also forgot to mention the car was throwing CEL code 3,7, 41 & 1 after I disconnected & reconnected the MAP & TPS sensor. It stop throwing any codes now though.

If you already have a new fuel filter, just change it. And again, check your fuel pressure to make sure fuel delivery is working. You can't really tell if plug wires are good or not by just looking at them. Try swapping them out with just the $29.99 ones they have at advance auto or where ever. (actually, if you'll pay for shipping I have a good set of used OEM ones). Also, check your injectors to make sure they're all functioning properly. Once you've gone through most of the fuel delivery stuff and changed out plug wires, I would check out the compression but I don't think they have that tool for rental. You'd have to buy it but they're pretty cheap. And if you're tight on cash, just return it when you're done :p And again, check the mechanical timing over on the timing belt side to make sure you're not off a tooth and that your timing belt is nice and tight. Also whenever you remove the TPS, you have to recalibrate it.

Ok I'll replace those things then, I'll be also renting the fuel pressure test kit sometime soon but I'm a bit short on time as I have 5 midterms next week. I didn't remove the TPS, I just unplugged it & the MAP sensor. Could this be an issue due to the car is running too rich? When I removed the spark plugs, the tips were old and burnt. Could a bad O2 sensor also be a cause of this?

Is there that much of a difference with the denso from the duralast gold? I know durlast isn't the best but I got them mostly cuz of the lifetime warranty.
