check engine light

I have 2005 honda civic dx check engine light came on fault code po135 is this an upstream or down stream O2 sensor ? and if so is it before cat converter or after ?.

P0135 is for Bank 1, which in the case of a transverse inline four cylinder means it is located before the cat.
