1997 Accord Manual EX 4 Cylinder. I have quite a normal feeling acceleration and clutch is fairly new, but when i am applying some torque in the lower rpms (1000-1500) especially in 1st gear, it makes this loud sound like a large pan deeply rattling. I think it is from the vibration at this rpm range shaking something. What might need tightening? Thank you, my foreign honda gods.

 

a common issue is an exhaust shield rattling or it could be the cat itself rattling internally, which means it's bad
