Lately when I drive my 91 civic my radio will cuttoff,cigarette lighter cutoff, and car will idle rough for about 2-3 seconds then all will turn back on and idle fine. This happens maybe every 20 minutes while I drive. Any ideas?

 

Check alternator output and grounding cables.
