Default Troubleshooting: B18c1 GS-R No turnover- starter wire issue?

Hi, so I have a problem with my integra. I have a 99% oem 71k miles 94 gsr. One day i started my car, nothing was wrong with it and i never had any problems. I started to pull out from a parking spot, i stalled out just like every other person, and after that it wouldn't start. It makes a faint click in the engine bay but thats about it, no crank or any noises. You hear the fuel pump engage, the distributor is new, battery is new, just bought a new starter thinking that was the problem it still doesn't start. the starter fuse is also fine. anyone know why it wont start?

what brand is new starter? made in china?
denso is the way to go. old unit may have just needed
a rebuild kit like this:

also have a look at ig switch, clean up or replace it's cheap and a known issue:

Sounds like this ^. I've replaced my contacts a few times, replaced my starter at least twice. I don't understand why the B18 starter is so crappy.
