B18b1 in 2000 civic ex, the engine will crank but isn’t getting fuel. I tested the relay and pins 7 and 6 dont get power when the key is in the II position. All fuses under the dash look good and i dont know where to go from here. If anyone could help me itd be greatly appreciated i really need to get this thing running. Also the first time i attempted to crank it i forgot to ground the block but the transmission was grounded to the chassis im not sure if that couldve messed something up.
