I just bought a car that cranks over but doesn’t start. It has the OBD1 p28 ecu and I’ve heard mixed reviews that you do and don’t have to swap the distributor. It has the ecu and harness and cranks but won’t fire up. I have absolutely no idea about Honda’s I thought they would be easier than volkswagens lol thanks for any help
