Default Please Help Turn signal problems 2001 Accord lx

Ok I replaced both headlights and bought all new bulbs. Lights and high beams work great. But when you turn on left turn signal front does nothing and back blinks really fast. When you turn on right turn signal front nothing back just stays lit no blinking also turn signal is solid green on dash no blinking and doesn’t go away. Now what’s crazy if I turn headlights off and turn signal right hazards come on all 4 start blinking. Replaced signal relay this didn’t help. Everything worked fine prior to replacing headlights.

That's normally a bad bulb. Remember turn signals in the front (and maybe back) have 4 our more bulbs, perhaps more on your model. The rapid flashing could be caused by any of the bulbs. It's just a signal to let you know there's a bulb out somewhere in the loop.

Ok I’ll check all bulbs tomorrow. Would a bad bulb cause the other problems. When headlights are off and you signal right all 4 blinkers work. Also hazards work with lights off. Front hazards don’t work when lights are on.

Is this an ongoing problem, or something new after replacing bulbs?
Why were there so many bulbs replaced at once?
If the car was in a collision the grounds may have been damaged or cut. Verify voltage and grounds at each socket.

Thanks Mike it ended up being the wrong blinker bulbs and I believe they weren’t making a good connection. Replaced both bulbs everything works fine now. Reason I replaced all lights was the fact I had to remove bumper to install headlights figured it would be easier to replace now. But after troubleshooting I realized now you can get to all bulbs to change if need be without removing anything.
