Default '92 Acura Integra charging issues

Ok so I'm having a problem. Why else come to forums lol. I have done every test I can think of for this issue. Bought a car from someone had a charging issue. Got it home just fine and everything (constantly jumping it to drive home). But today when I popped the hood I started trying to test everything. I put a brand new battery in it this morning reading 12.5 before starting which I know is normal. After starting voltage at battery reads 12.05. tested readings at alternator(which the guy had replaced a week ago and I have the receipt) and it's reading 12.05 as well. However my battery light is still on. Upon load(headlights and radio) voltage at battery drops below 12 volts to 11.58. Which I know isn't right. So the question is what else can I check. There's no voltage drop for negative or positive side of the alternator either. I am at a total loss here.
