Default Civic 2007 Loses power and struggles

Mileage: 160K KM. No code displaying on the board.

Winter 2017 clutch replaced (Manual)
Summer 2017 I changed by myself the steering fluid, coolant, spark plug (Got them at CanTire. Seems to be for Honda $25/each).

Winter 2018: Car seems to lose power, and struggles while accelerating. It's not as smooth as during the Summer.

Any idea what is going on? Should I take it to the mechanic. I'm trying to save money and trying to fix it myself.

Check for a foiled MAF sensor as well. Most likely it will be the plugs, but with the change in air density from summer to winter, a fouled MAF could be holding the fuel map to bad variables, maybe...

check the air filter as well, be sure to only use mass air flow cleaner to clean the mass air flow sensor and just spray it, dont touch it
