P0685 ecm/pcm relay

I got a check engine light on my 2006 Honda Civic ex coupe. Read the codes came up with p0685 and p0700. Where is the ecm/pcm and which one is it?

in the engine bay, next to the fuse box, it sits upright cant miss it, it has a black cover that lifts off straight up
