Default Accord ex manual transmission

I have an accord ex 94 I changed my starter the clutch relay and took my main relay off but it looked good and my car still won't start any help please

If you have a DMM, i would make sure your starter is getting everything it needs first of all ( power, ground, and signal). its grounded to the trans casing so if its dirty in that area you might have gotten some dirt between the starter and the casing so i would also double check that.

It's clean plus I had a friend of mine that was a mechanic test my battery starter and my fuses under the hood and inside the car. I took the main relay out today it looked good but still may be no good when I turn my key the car won't even kick over

check if the clutch switch stop piece broke off at the pedal
