Got a 96 turbo d16y7. Has either really low or no vacuum. Running rich. When starting it will shut off if foot is NOT on the pedal. Checked inyectors they all stood 24-27 except one that the highest was 31. But that cylinder is actually doing the job. But my #2 & #3 cylinder “the ones in the middle” are the ones that don’t do anything when i remove the sparks. I am receiving the spark on all ignition cables. Have not checked distributor timing which i don’t think is bad. The car was tuned on previous turbo. Got new turbine but the same as i had last and about a week of driving is when The problem came. When i put the new turbine i also changed the block gasket. Could the gasket be bad even tho is new? Car has not overheated once. Coolant sensor is working right. Have a new fuel regulator coming in. Car runs like is in limp mode i rev up and it acts as if it has a rev limiter. Turbine is spooling. Checked the ecu had a couple burned welding points bad but got that fixed and is not the ecu cause i tried mine on another car and it ran good. I have not checked the iacv, nor replaced regulator. Hope my problem is there. IF ANYONE KNOWS OF ANY PROCEDURES I SHOULD DO LET ME KNOW IF IM CHECKING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
