Default H22 FFChips Immobilizer Delete

Right now I have a 1996 Accord (OBD2A) with no immobilizer circuit. I wanted to do a H22 swap and keep it OBD2 so I can pass emissions testing. I saw this immobilizer delete from FFChips and it seems like it would be a good option:

I was just wondering if anyone has used this, and is there any effect on reliability? I couldn't find any reviews on it.

if you can source the hard to find 96 obd2 p13 that woud be your best bet
