Hi, I have a 1996 Honda Accord, 2.2L non V-Tech and I have the problem of oil in the spark plug wells
and I'm going to replace the seals, but I can't find the specs on how many foot pounds to tighten the bolts back for the rocker arm assembly.
I believe it is 10mm bolts on one and 12mm bolts, so I need to know what foot pounds to tighten the 10mm bolts and what foot pounds to tighten the 12mm bolts.
can anyone help?

I take it you mean 10 and 12 by the socket head size?

10mm headed(6mm shank) 12Nm/8.7lbft (intake manifold side of spark plug holes and the outer two(of four) left side camshaft caps)
12mm headed(8mm shank) 22Nm/16lbft

Don't forget to properly torque from the center out. Starting at cylinder #3. Then go to #2 > # 4 >#1 >two inner bolts on the left(there are four on the distributor side cap) > two end bolts on the right(cam sprocket side)> finally the two outer bolts on the left(on the distributor side four bolt cap)
