Clicking/Clunk sound coming from front passenger side
I have a single click/ clunk coming from the front passenger side of my 2003 Honda Civic LX. Just replaced control arm, control arm ball joints, stabilizer links, shocks/struts, tie rods., got new tires and an alignment. Still getting a click/ clunk when I start in 1st gear and slowly begin to accelerate and then when I’m on an uphill and it starts to roll backwards. Can some times hear the click when going over bumps. No idea what it could be.

For a click noise, I would check for loose brake pads in the front passenger caliper. For a clunk noise, I would check for a loose front passenger brake caliper (i.e. worn or loose caliper bolts).
To me click and clunk are different sounds
