Bought the car in Feb of 2017 after searching occasionally for another project car. I have owned a '94 dc2, '94 ej1, and '99 dc2 in my honda experience. As well as a KA-T '91 240sx and '03 350z. The honda cars seemed to be calling my name though and i found this one in Kentucky while working there over a summer.
It is a '93 DA9 with ~123k miles on the body. It had the original b18b1 running but on its near last leg. So i decided i was going to k-swap this thing and have a fun car for daily/roadcourse down the road. SEE POST 2 FOR BUILD LIST.

test fit a konig hypergram 15x7.5. The konig clears the brakes way better than the enkei rpf1 15in wheel but i decided to grind down the calipers instead of ordering 4 more wheels.

Pulled the trigger on trying to get power steering working with this swap: ordered a new power steering pump and Hybrid Racing's p/s conversion kit.
found some oem carpet without holes. but it smells a funk and needs some deeeeeep cleaning before i dye it black. at least it will fit correctly in the end compared to the stockinterior.com carpet. also ordered some Loyd's floor mats so that once this is dyed im not continually putting wear on it

im running stock da spindles if thats what youre asking (not sure?).
karcepts hubs allow the use of the larger rsx axle with the k20 too.
My definition of a knuckle is the thing that houses the wheel bearing and that the control arms attach to.
I'm using DC2 knuckles with all the same brake stuff as you, but on my EK and using 32mm GSR hubs... Isn't that brake setup great? 100% bolt on with all stock parts (just from different cars, LOL)! No redrilling rotors or anything screwy like that!
2000 Prelude and 2000 ITR use the same calipers, and the ITR uses the same knuckles as the '95 GSR I got my knuckles from.
I'm glad to see your wheels fit over the brakes! Anything less than 15" is pretty much no-go, huh?

ah yeah i call that the spindle since its all one piece on hondas. so i just have stock DA ones and the brakes bolt on as well.
definitely feels nice. i read the itr has a larger brake m/c (1inch vs 15/16th) though to remove some squishy-ness in the pedal. also debated about doing a 5lug swap.
15" is definitely the smallest. i actually had to take a grinder to the front calipers to fit them under the RPF1
Went to install the power steering pump at stock location and ran into the typical problem with swap cars. The power steering pulley hits the hood and wont let it shut. I was able to locate the Jackson Racing P/S pulley #052-154 (Motorvation Motorsports in AL) with help from another member. Should be here this weekend. hoping it will clear the hood at this point otherwise ill be giving the k-tuned power steering relocation a shot.
Waiting on a few other parts to arrive: Autopower 4pt rollbar, Seibon CF hood.
To Do:
Install G-Force harnesses when roll bar arrives/installed
Fix clutch master cylinder leak
Wire e-fans
Replace blower motor
Test passenger window motor
clean/dye oem carpet
install standalone wideband/oil pressure gauge
fix horns

It does have a larger m/c. I read that there are more 4-lug options than 5-lug options for 15-16" wheels, but idk. But what does that matter if we can fit big brakes onto a 4-lug? I'm putting 10.2" rotors on my rear brakes (pretty much for aesthetics).
You had to grind the calipers? I always feel like imma crack my calipers in half when I do something like that! Lol but that's just a phobia...

5 lug wheels have more sizing selection for what id want. wider wheels which means wider tires.
yeah i had to grind them a bit before the cleared the wheel. im not worried about it though, plenty of material still
Power steering works in the car now. I used an oem rsx-s pump, hybrid racing's power steering conversion kit, 6an cap, k-tuned low pressure swivel fitting, 3/8 to 1/4 barb.
the pressure line that comes with the kit fits with one of the rack adapters to connect the input side of the rack. I used the spare adapter and 6an cap to plug the port that originally went to the vss. 3/8 inch to 1/4 inch barb is for the rack to reservoir hose. the oe reservoir is 3/8 but the rack has 1/4 inch.
i may need to grind down the low pressure fitting slightly though in order to not rub the carbon hood when it comes. havent been able to locate a slimmer fitting.
Update:
Placed an order for a JDP "rear spoiler" and waiting on the JDM 3pt seatbelts to arrive from HMotors as well. Still need to replace the blower motor, install standalone wideband/oil pressure gauge, clean iacv (occasionally dies when coming down to idle)
the list of stuff I have gotten done the past few months
autopower 4pt roll bar w/ g-force 5pt harnesses
acuity shift ****
seibon carbon hood with ql-38 quick latches
oem carpet i found at the junkyard after a thorough cleaning
relocated the ecu to glovebox
wired e-fans
fixed horns
replaced passenger window motor (half of it was missing, ha)
Installed Ultragauge EM+ obd2 monitor: i use it to get digital ECT temps, speedometer (since the stock one was cable driven), short trim, long trim, odometer, trip
