Default STUMPED: CEL P1399 Pending: Have compression, fuel pressure, and spark

Alright gentlemen. I went through some of the older threads involving P1399 but I couldn't find anything useful for my situation. So I have a P1399 misfire code (Pending) and nothing else. I've narrowed it down to cylinder 4. Besides #4, every cylinder makes the car shake when I either unplug the injector harness or remove the spark plug wire. So I'm assuming #4 is the culprit here. I've done the following to diagnose the issue:

* Compression check: #4 - 237 #3 - 235 #2 - 224 #1 - 229
* Fuel Pressure check: 45 psi when fuel pump primes
* Checked distributor cap and rotor and they both look good (they were replaced last year, Honda OEM)
* Checked injector harness for voltage: 12 v across the board.
* Swapped injectors on #4 and #3
* I had spares lying around so I replaced spark plug (pre-gapped) AND put on brand new set of spark plug wires (OEM Sumitomo) on all four
* I checked that #4 had spark from the wire and the plug

I have compression, fuel pressure and spark. I am completely stumped here. What else can I check for?

My "pregapped" plugs were at .032 instead of .043 and actually gave me a misfire.
Does that cylinder appear to have any oil or coolant contamination?

no oil or contamination was seen when I looked down to where the spark plug sits

Good compression means valves are okay though?

Not exactly sure about that. Honda recommends a valve adjustment every 25k or 50k miles. When was your last adjustment?

Just throwing it out there. I'm not a mechanic by trade.

It's been over 50k for sure. I'm probably going to give this a try. Thanks for the reply though.

UPDATE. This should have been the part of the checklist originally but I listened to each of the injector for pulse and #4 is not pulsing. However, when I swap injectors the problem is still consistent with #4. Also, I do have voltage coming out of the harness: 14.x v when car is running and 12.x when car is in the "on" position. What the heck?!

Is this a Viper? I really like the Viper. Its such a beastly looking machine. Im not fond of the first Generation Viper,looks kinda funny nowdays. Although when it first came out,it sure did turn heads.

Yeah those Vipers are some thing else.......
