Hondata or similarly chipped, and tunable ECU. Usually based upon a P28 92-95 Civic Si/EX ECU, but plenty of others can work too.
My biggest concern is why you're asking this for a B20-VTEC build. That's not like asking for a regular engine swap you just picked up for cheap that's missing a few parts like ECU. Do you actually have a B20-VTEC, or are you gathering info?
