96 EX Factory remote remote

Does anybody have the wiring diagram for the factory remote for a 96 civic ex? Doesnt seem like its receiving the inputs from the remotes.

Just to be sure, are you using the factory radio? The factory keyless entry is run through the factory headunit for 96-98 civics.
