I think I know what you're talking about. Supposedly that car is still streetable and it runs 10s but the car's maxed out. It was blue or purple.

 

yes thats the one. blue runs 10's 530 HP or somthing for a d16a6 SOHC NOn VTEC Turbo

Damn that's crazy. That shows us with the right parts and tuning anything is possible.

IUt is blue, turbo d16a6 with aluminum flame side panels and such.

Some one said that he owned it and everyone laugherd at him saying it was BS then he came up with time slips and photos later on

And didnt he have the ghost flames on the car, alnog with some really, really good looking wiring? I think he posted in the middle of a thread, so it will be super hard finding it. But, yeah...I think he said he was running a 10 something.
