Default civic wagon intrac

Hi. I'm owner of 1992 Honda Civic Wagon rt4wd with ALB/ABS. I have a problem with my drivetrain. When the car is getting fast and whole drivetrain starrting to warm, rear diff starts to making sound, very loud sound and it seems that he is working "harder" and whole car is shaking... I thought that the clouth was dying so i've changed it and put new MTF in gearbox, but did not help... nex i've changed fluid in rear diff to oem honda HGO-3 fluid but this did not help too... Yesterday i was changing rear axle bushing and when i picked up the car i've roll the wheels with 4wd off. In normal car the wheels should turn, one forward and second backward... In my wagon both are turn one direction.. now if i have LSD?? If i had to use fluid for LSD diffs? Is it possible that through bad oil my diff is very loud and isn't working properly? sorry for bad English, hope U understand me :D
