98 Prelude h22 turbo shutoff sometimes?
I am having a strange problem with my 98 prelude h22 turbo. The car sometimes will shutoff at idle or near stop light. Sometimes if i put it in first gear the car act like starving for fuel. The car has GT25 turbo @ 8psi, tial 38mm wastegate, blitz bov, 2.5" intercooler and piping, 2.5" downpipe, 3" cat back exhaust with N1 style muffler (no cat), walbro 255 fuel pump, stock map sensor & fuel injectors.
Car is dyno tuned by experienced tuner. I got only boost and oil pressure gauges.
I just checked my oil level it was very low and there is oil in coolant. But what surprises me there is no coolant in oil! The oil change just done two weeks ago I will just try flush the radiator and replace oil / filter first then will do compression test

found out the issue. It was night and i thought it was oil in radiator but it is not lol. The fuel return fitting is leaking. I will buy a new one with gasket and add some RTV.

That would be the oil return, not the fuel return. It also appears that turbo is supposed to have water lines connected to it and does not. You should get those hooked up ASAP.
Just because you can run it like that doesn't mean you should. Long term reliability and performance will suffer. An oil and water cooled CHRA is designed so that the water cools components properly in an effort to maintain proper seal/bearing integrity and performance over a long period of time. An oil cooled only CHRA is designed so that it acts like a heatsink which also helps get heat out of components(though to a lesser degree - there's a reason most OEMs use oil and water cooled units for high mileage applications). An oil and water cooled CHRA without water(which was not designed with a complete "heatsink" style in mind to begin with) now has open passages with air in them that can't get the heat out of the parts as well as if it were a true oil cooled only CHRA or properly used oil/water cooled CHRA thus reducing component life and longevity. Ultimately it's your vehicle so do with it as you wish, just giving you the advice from someone who's been doing this a long time.

Thanks for your advice buddy. Fixed the oil return leak and did compression test 210 215 210 210. I switched my distributor with my cousin’s and problem solved. So I did full tune up.
