Default P1456 Name of canister in pic, replaceable as I am smelling fuel?

Hello,

I have Accord 1998 EX 2.4 and been getting P1456 DTC. I can smell gas coming out of this canister. The hose marked "A" was lose so I zipped tied it, but the code came back. Is this canister a replaceable part?
The evap canister and vent valve solenoid that sits ontop of the canister are in good shape as I can see. As of now, my focus is the smell coming out of the canister in the picture. What is this part called? Thinking it might need to be replaced.

My next step is to get a smoke detector, but Im thinking the canister in the picture is the problem. I shouldn't be smelling fuel coming out of it

Thank you in advanced

I opened it and was inside. Note the two hoses on the right. I zipped tied the bottom hose as it was lose. Top hose was very tight. I think this unit maybe cracked..thanks in advanced

It may or may not be due to the 2 way valve. Since you are smelling fuel, pull both hoses off the 2 way valve.

If fuel runs out of either hose, the FTVR (fuel tank vapor control) valve is malfunctioning or the fuel tank is being overfilled. A few drops of fuel is normal.
