94 integra rs. b18b1. car was running fine. went to install wiring for fog lights. disconnected wiring. went to start car and it would not start. not getting fuel or spark. replaced main relay. no luck. replaced ignition coil and igniter. still no luck. bridged pump relay. got power to fuel pump. priming and have fuel to motor. still no spark. tested with a different ecu. same issue. any ideas on what to check, or what problem it could be ?? thanks in advance for any help.

 

did you check the 15A fuse at the underhood fuse box? It's the one for the ECU
