Help diagnosing RSX chirp/squeak from steering area (video)

it only makes the noise on the highway above 65mph, seems to happen when turning slightly (left or right) and sometimes when going straight, but not really when steering a little more sharp.
any ideas as to what it could be? I plan on using a stethoscope tomorrow to pinpoint the problem, but I'm hoping someone on here may have had this problem as well.
2002 base auto 184k
