05 honda civic wont start but lights work

Default 05 honda civic wont start but lights work
i have an 05 honda civic reverb that wont crank over. i have replaced the battery cables and checked the battery and still nothing. i have tried to tap the started with a hammer and still wont crank over. have no other ideas of what could be wrong. HELP!!!!

with the car in neutral try jumping the starter
