Okay! I'm new here so if I did anything wrong please correct me. Here's my issue. I bought this 97 accord 2.2 non vtech. I did an engine swap and since ive had one issue that has plagued my existence. The headlights wont operate correctly, all bulbs are good and I replaced all fuses, and even the headlight switch that's on the column. What happens is as follows: when turned to parking light position the running lights all turn on but the passenger low beam turns on, when full headlights are turned on they if car is turned off they operate normally but as soon as I turn on the car the high beams come on and will bounce off and on throughout my car ride. They stay on and when I try to turn them off they switch back on in three seconds. What gives?!?!
