Hey guys,

Gotta say I'm pretty heartbroken. Woke up this morning for work and saw someone ripped the entire front bumper off my car. I just got it a few weeks ago and was saving through the holidays to afford some minor things for the car. Imagine my surprise when we see that the front is missing and the license plate is tossed in the grass. 2 days after Christmas and I've never had something like this happen to me before. What do I do? Where can I get a replacement for a 2010 Civic sedan? Is there something else in there that I may have to replace too? God I don't even wanna think about the installation costs....

 

its not as hard as you think to replace it, they got aftermarket on rock auto, and you just need someone to paint it

 

On ebay there are body shops that sell new aftermarket bumper covers and will color match, with free FedEX shipping. MBi Auto is pretty good on the paint jobs, etc.

 

Its still pretty dang messed up. Had to go to a shop and buy a black bumper. Now to fork out the rest to paint it smh :/ Dont even know what I should do to prevent this from happening again.

 

The color matching price is pretty hefty for me. About $200 after everything which means about $150 to paint. That sound about right? :l

 

Well, don't get it painted... or buy a used one.
